Peel lemons with a vegetable peeler or zester. Spread peel pieces on a baking sheet and dry in oven at 170°F for 1–2 hours, or dehydrate at 95°F for 4–6 hours.
📦 Storage
Store dried lemon peel in an airtight jar away from light. Use within 1 year. Keep zest in the freezer for up to 6 months.
